At Fygë, we work on a first-come, first-served basis, which means that securing your event in our calendars, means that it is highly likely that we turn back multiple other requests for the same date.

Because of this, we have a firm cancellation policy.

A. In the case of cancellations notified fourteen (14) business days or more, Fygë will refund the full amount paid.

B. In the case of cancellations notified between (6) and (14) business days’ notice, Fygë will retain the full amount paid and the customer will be issued a credit note.

C. In the case of cancellation notified five (5) business days or less notice, Fygë will retain the full amount paid.
