There is no Vappu without sima. This Finnish May Day tradition has been passed down through generations a lightly fermented lemonade, golden and gently fizzing, carrying the scent of spring in every sip. Combine with our Vappu Hot Dog and mini munkki and you have the whole celebration covered.
