GENERAL 
Our ingredients are sourced weekly and the availability and prices of all products are subject to change without notice. The ingredients might also vary seasonally, please see our website for specific menus. All our prices include VAT.

PRODUCTS

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please consider dietary requirements when selecting the menu. For allergies or special dietary requests, please notify us at checkout. Please note that we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens, including: 

Cereals containing gluten (eg. wheat, rye, barley, oats)
Celery
Eggs
Fish
Lupin
Milk (including lactose)
Molluscs (such as mussels, oysters)
Mustard
Nuts (incl almonds)
Peanuts
Sesame seeds
Shellfish (crabs, lobster, prawns)
Soybeans
Sulphur dioxide and sulphites (at concentrations more than 10mg/kg or 10mg/litre)
Tree nuts

We reserve the right to provide alternatives to accommodate special dietary needs.
 

DELIVERY & ORDER MINIMUMS 

Monday-Friday: No minimum amount.
Saturday and Sunday: Always subject to availability, please ask for a quotation.

We deliver orders within the Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa areas. The delivery fee is 74€/way. 
The delivery fee on high-demand dates, such as 1.6., is 80€/way.

 

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS 

Orders can be placed through our website 24/7 or our customer service: sales at fyge.fi. 
All orders made within 3 working days or less are approved based on availability.

A 10% last-minute order fee is applied to all orders placed within 3 working days of delivery. 

Order changes can be made up to 7 weekdays before delivery.

Orders canceled 13 weekdays prior are invoiced 50%.
Orders canceled less than 3 weekdays prior are invoiced 100%.
 

RETURNS

Due to the fresh nature of our goods, we do not accept returns. 
Any incorrect or faulty item is to be informed about the latest 1h after delivery.
In order for product replacement or refund, please submit photos of the faulty item within the given time frame. 
 

MODIFYING THE ORDER

Changes in your order can be made until up to 5 days before delivery.
Modifications made within 5 days or less are subject to approval based on availability. 

 

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE 

A 1,5% administrative fee is applied to all orders. The administrative fee covers order processing and administrative costs. By charging this modest service fee, we can sustain and always improve our platform, providing you with the best corporate catering solutions available.
