As our produce and garnishes are sourced weekly and can be seasonal, the availability of all items and their prices are subject to change without notice. Although the majority of our menus are fixed, there may be changes season to season. We will always use an alternative or use more of another product to compensate. Please refer to our menus on the website as a guide to what you can expect.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Please consider dietary requirements before selecting the menu. For any allergy and special dietary requests please notify us at checkout. If you or your guests/clients have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens.
DELIVERY & ORDER MINIMUMS
All orders delivered Monday - Friday require a 200€ minimum. A pick-up from our HQ is always an option free of charge.
All Saturday deliveries require a 3,000€+VAT minimum. (10% Saturday surcharge applies to the order total)
All Sunday deliveries require a 4,000€+VAT minimum. (20% Sunday surcharge applies to the order total)
The delivery fee within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa is 65€/way. The delivery fee outside of these cities vary depending on location.
For frequent customers, we offer discounted delivery which is always agreed upon between.
For all deliveries, please allow a 30-minute window for arrival.
It is crucial to keep the traffic hours in mind when ordering. In case you're unsure of the right delivery time, we're happy to help.
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders made within 5 days or less are subject to approval based on availability.
A 10% rush fee is applied to orders placed within 3 days of delivery.
Orders canceled 5 business days prior will incur a 50% charge.
Orders canceled on the day before delivery will incur a 100% charge.
Specialty and custom items are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
Due to the fresh and organic nature of our goods, we do not accept returns. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your delivery, you shall inform us no later than 1 hour after the delivery in order to offer replacements or refunds. Please take images of the defective or incorrect items.
MODIFYING THE ORDER
Changes in your order can be made until up to 5 days before delivery.
Modifications made within 5 days or less are subject to approval based on availability.
A 1.5% administrative fee is applied to all orders.
The administrative fee covers order processing and administrative costs. By charging this modest service fee, we can sustain and always improve our platform, providing you with the best corporate catering solutions available.
