INFORMATION OF THE DELIVERY PRICING
We deliver orders within the Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa areas. The delivery fee is 65€/way.
*If the order includes a pick-up after the event, this is separately charged 65€/way.
The delivery fee on Saturdays, Sundays and high-demand season is 85€/way.
*Orders located over 20 km from our headquarters will be negotiated separately, with pricing determined based on the distance and time of the occasion.
GENERAL INFORMATION OF THE ORDERS
Place your order at least 3 working days before the delivery date.
Headcount and dietary information must be provided 3 days prior to delivery.
Changes to your order can be made up to 3 days before delivery.
Please be aware:
Orders placed less than 3 working days before delivery are subject to availability.
Changes made less than 3 working days before delivery are subject to availability and a 10% last-minute order fee.
GENERAL INFORMATION OF THE CANCELLATIONS
Orders canceled less than 3 days prior to delivery are invoiced 100%.
Orders with the value over 1000 euro canceled less than 5 weekdays prior are invoiced 100%.

For allergies and special dietary requests, please notify us at checkout in the comment box.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens,

Vegan and gluten-free diets are charged +15% of the product/menu price.
We reserve the right to provide alternatives to accommodate other special dietary needs or preferences. Note that the special diets that are out of our product category will be charged 5 euros (0% VAT) from the original product price per product.

RETURNS
Due to the fresh nature of our goods, we do not accept returns
Any incorrect or faulty item is to be informed about the latest 1h after delivery
In order for product replacement or refund, please submit photos of the faulty item within the given time frame
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
A 1,5% administrative fee is applied to all orders. The administrative fee covers order processing and administrative costs. By charging this service fee, we can sustain and always improve our platform, providing you with the best corporate catering solutions available
