Futurice's Christmas Breakfast for 100 Guest

Menu For this event, we served a delicious Santa's Rice Porridge Buffet with various toppings, along with overnight blueberry bircher muesli (vegan) and a variety of ciabatta sandwiches including turkey & Port Salut, avocado & Port Salut, and roasted eggplant (vegan). Gluten-free sunflower buns with feta and sun-dried tomato were also offered. For dessert, freshly baked Joulutorttu (vegan) and gluten-free Christmas pastry and the event was completed with a Signature Fygë table setup by a Fygë food artist.

Feedback "The porridge breakfast was a big hit! The feedback from both customers and staff was very positive, and everyone loved the taste. Some customers even asked if it was the "hit porridge from famous Finnish market". Our client proudly told them it was Fygë's and gave a warm recommendation".

The porridge breakfast was a success, and everyone really enjoyed and liked the food and how it was served. The taste was good and the display was beautiful. For the future we just need to look into the volumes!
