Menu We served so many different selection of dishes at the event, including the Fygë Salad Table featuring a Buddha bowl, roasted pumpkin salad, and Finnish potato salad, accompanied by freshly baked bread, herb-infused butter, roasted seeds, and a blend of salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Guests enjoyed a variety of mini burgers, including vegetarian, chèvre, gluten-free, and special dietary options, alongside falafel wraps with gluten-free alternatives. Drinks included freshly brewed Johan & Nyström specialty coffee and a selection of hot teas. The experience was elevated with our Signature Fygë Table Setup and the expertise of our Fygë Food Artist. Our event team on site took the best care of the guests, making sure their plates and glasses are filled throughout the evening.
