Menu Guests enjoyed our menu featuring cocktail bites like crostini with brie and Skagen salad on Finnish bread, lentil & roasted eggplant salad, oven-baked potatoes with lemon-caper sauce, caramelized root vegetables with saffron creme fraiche, smoked salmon with creamy lemon sauce, and roasted falafels on couscous. The meal was complemented by Levain bread, rosemary focaccia, and a decadent chocolate mousse with orange mascarpone for dessert.
