Menu Our event menu for Strand Properties featured beautifully decorated bites, thoughtfully curated for a memorable dining experience. Guests enjoyed Manchego, chorizo & melon sticks, Crostini topped with prosciutto, cream cheese, fresh fruit, and greeneries, and Focaccia bites with avocado mousse, feta crumble, and thinly sliced radish with fresh herbs. To end on a sweet note, Mango & Passion Fruit Tarts garnished with fresh mint provided a refreshing dessert option. Beverage offerings included our signature Fygë Punch served, accompanied by lime bowls and Bevenni coolers with ice for sparkling drinks. The table setup was elevated with our Signature Fygë Table presentation by our food artist. To ensure smooth service, our dedicated event staff provided exceptional support from 4:00 PM to midnight, and our Fygë Food Artist added a creative flair to the setup, enhancing the overall ambiance.
Feedback Cocktail night event was a huge success with all 150 people arriving. It was really great to be part of such an event.
