Menu For the traditional Christmas lunch, we served 37 guests with Christmas ham, Finnish gravy salmon, mustard-dill herring, and house-made skagen. Sides included potato and carrot casserole, rosolli, and prosciutto & mini mozzarella and fig salad. Freshly baked bread, herb-infused butter, and a selection of seasonings complemented the meal. For dessert, guests enjoyed strawberry cream cake, vegan/gluten-free cake, and festive glögi with almonds & raisins.
Feedback The traditional Christmas lunch was a great success, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Everyone was pleased with the variety of flavors and the high quality of the dishes. The dessert options, along with the festive glögi, were a perfect way to end the meal. It was a pleasure to serve and celebrate with such a wonderful group!
