Our lunch menu for BearingPoint showcased a luxurious Deluxe Lunch Table, featuring Signature Dijon-Honey Flamed Salmon and Basil & Parmigiano-Pesto Chicken as main protein options. For plant-based preferences, we served Roasted Falafels on Middle Eastern-Style Couscous. Accompanying these were our vibrant Fygë Garden Salad and perfectly roasted potatoes in dill and brown butter. To elevate the experience, freshly baked bread, herb-infused butter, and whipped tahini & chickpea dressing were served alongside. For dessert, guests enjoyed Biscoff Blondies with caramel, gluten-free chocolate brownie bites, and dairy-free Belgian chocolate mousse cups with fresh berries and edible flowers.
The setup included our Signature Fygë Table presentation set by our Fygë food artist, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully arranged for an unforgettable lunch experience.
