The Netflix team wanted to host an upscale lunch in their Helsinki office to welcome their overseas guests. We provided the team with a Deluxe Lunch Table setup, including a variety of mouth-watering options such as:
- our signature dijon-honey flamed salmon and basil & parmigiano-pesto chicken
- plant-based roasted falafels on middle eastern-style couscous
- provençale vegetables with whipped coconut feta
- roasted pumpkin salad
- broccolini with saffron crème fraîche and almonds
- a selection of dips like whipped tahini & chickpea spread and dill & lemon crème fraîche
- freshly baked bread and herb-infused butter
Additionally, we created a special smoked salmon salad, customised to accommodate allergies, and of course, our Signature Fygë Table Setup with artistic food display rounded the whole experience.
