For Netflix lunch event, we provided a Deluxe Lunch Table setup, including a variety of mouth-watering options such as signature dijon-honey flamed salmon and basil & parmigiano-pesto chicken for the meat/fish main, along with plant-based roasted falafels on middle eastern-style couscous and provençale vegetables with whipped coconut feta. We also offered a roasted pumpkin salad, broccolini with saffron crème fraîche and almonds, and a selection of dips like whipped tahini & chickpea spread and dill & lemon crème fraîche. freshly baked bread and herb-infused butter rounded out the meal. Additionally, there was a smoked salmon salad, customised to accommodate allergies, and a signature fygë table setup with artistic food display.
