Some clients truly touch our hearts. Three years ago, she discovered us on Instagram and began following our journey. She loved our food presentations and made a promise to herself: when she turned 50, she would celebrate with our food. True to her word, three years later, she ordered from us for her milestone birthday. Hearing her story while placing the order was such a joyful and emotional moment for our team. For our clients 50th birthday celebration, we curated a delightful menu including roasted potato slices with smoked salmon, Skagen salad on Finnish Archipelago bread (GF options available), focaccia bites with avocado mousse, and roasted beetroot hummus bites. Guests enjoyed blinis with smoked salmon and decadent desserts like sea buckthorn panna cotta and Biscoff blondies. The celebration featured a beautifully arranged Signature Fygë Table Setup, adding charm to the event.
