Pricing

Here to remind you that all prices on our website exclude VAT. The reason why we decided to go with this setup is because currently 90% of Fygë's customers are corporate clients, who we noticed prefer to see and use VAT exclusive pricing. We hope to make majority of our clients work easier with the current pricing view. 

We are working on a solution where it's possible to select the pricing view you'd like to see throughout the website.

Method of payment

The default payment method is credit card.

If you are a corporate client, you can sign up with your email to activate the invoicing option. To activate invoicing you need to submit your company's invoicing details.

If you have already placed an order with us, or are a recurring customer, we can set up your account for you. Please reach out to [email protected] if you wish us set up the account for you.

What is the service fee?

The 1.5% service fee is applied to every order and it covers administrative charges and order processing charges that come with any online ordering. By charging this modest service fee, we can sustain and always improve our platform, providing you with the best catering solutions available.

Other boring but important info

Before proceeding to place an order please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. I know the title sounds boring, but the terms contain important info about cancellation policies, what happens if a product is not available, minimum order amount for deliveries and so on. Please don't rush to order without reading it.
