The Christmas Dinner menu featured a variety of cocktail bites, including Archipelago bread with roasted beetroot and horseradish mousse, and roasted sweet potato with whipped feta mousse and fig jam. Guests enjoyed fresh salads like Prosciutto & Mozzarella with fig and Lentil & Roasted Eggplant, complemented by sides of oven-baked potatoes with lemon-caper sauce and caramelised root vegetables with saffron creme fraiche. Main dishes included roasted falafels on couscous and Basil & Parmigiano-Pesto Chicken, accompanied by Levain bread and rosemary focaccia. For dessert, Biscoff cheesecake and Belgian chocolate mousse cups with fresh berries delighted guests, paired with refreshing infused water.
