For KIRAHub event, we served a delightful selection of dishes, including savory tartlets with brie, fig jam, fresh fruit, and walnut, along with focaccia bites topped with avocado mousse, feta crumble, and thinly sliced radish. Guests enjoyed Skagen salad on Finnish Archipelago Bread with black seaweed caviar and fresh dill, as well as blini with smoked salmon, sour cream, black seaweed caviar, and fresh dill. We also offered roasted sweet potato with whipped feta mousse, fig jam, pomegranate seeds, and fresh thyme, followed by a sweet touch with sea buckthorn panna cotta. Each guest was provided with the necessary utensils for the meal, which included big plates, small spoons, and napkins.
The event featured our signature Fygë Table Setup, and a Fygë Food Artist added a creative touch to the atmosphere.
