For Supercell’s Christmas Dinner, we served cocktail bites like crostini with brie, fig jam, fresh fig, and rosemary, plus Skagen salad on Finnish bread with crab, shrimp, seaweed caviar, and dill. The menu included a prosciutto & mini mozzarella salad, lentil & roasted eggplant salad, oven-baked potatoes with capers and lemon sauce, and caramelized root vegetables with saffron crème fraîche and pomegranate seeds. Main dishes featured horseradish-pastrami beef and roasted falafels with couscous. Dessert was chocolate mousse with orange mascarpone. Gluten-free options were also available. The event was beautifully set up with festive glögi and gingerbread.
 

Feedback
