For the traditional Christmas lunch, we served 37 guests with Christmas ham, Finnish gravy salmon, mustard-dill herring, and house-made skagen. Sides included potato and carrot casserole, rosolli, and prosciutto & mini mozzarella and fig salad. Freshly baked bread, herb-infused butter, and a selection of seasonings complemented the meal. For dessert, guests enjoyed strawberry cream cake, vegan/gluten-free cake, and festive glögi with almonds & raisins.

The traditional Christmas lunch was a great success, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Everyone was pleased with the variety of flavors and the high quality of the dishes.
